How does Respawn measure packet loss? it's been a few days since the last update and after multiple attempts of trying to play one decent match with no odd loss of frames/ people jumping around on the screen, the audio fading in and out sometimes (in game normal sound effects), I'm deciding to uninstall for a little while.
I'm based in Seattle, with 22-25ms average latency to any of the oregon-based servers. The screen reads packet loss as 0% always, but that's never a true indicator until the game is actually running. You can tell people are shooting me well before I notice them on my screen.
