PC Menu not showing up

Dear Community and Support Team, 

when launching the premier access version via origin the menu screen stays empty. I can select the favorite team, game mode and difficulty but after that no menu appears. 

Does anyone know what to do ?

Some troubleshooting steps, please retest after each:

• Clear Origin cache: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games
• Clean boot: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135
• Repair game: right click the game in Origin and then click Repair
• Turn off Origin in-game: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/origin/origin/how-to-use-origin-in-game
