(PC) Game wont load into menu, stuck in inital loading screen

I've updated my graphics card driver, repaired through origin and restarted my PC like 10 times. The game still wont even load into the menu. My PC isn't bad and should be able to run this, it's ran everything other game I've played at a good fps. Any suggestions?

1. Turn off the Origin in-game Overlay in Origin

3. Uninstall/Reinstall Origin: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/origin/origin/manually-uninstalling-origin/

4. Run Origin and Battlefield V as Administrator
