(PC) Game freezes after a legion starts firing

Everytime I get close to a Legion and he starts shooting at me the game freezes.

The last few seconds of audio loop and the screen just freezes on the last frame.

No errors show and I can use ctrl+alt+del to launch the task manager but it launches "under" the game and there is no way to get it on top.

I can got to another desktop (ctr+win key+D) and close the game with task manager there so its not the pc thats frozen.

I have no idea what to do with this so any help would be great

@Tadziu8 Hey, can you try a repair? This should scan the game files and hopefully fix whatever's going wrong. 

If you right-click the game panel in Origin you'll get the option to run the repair.
