[PC] FPS drops during Multiplayer.

Hi. 

I have battlefield V and when I am in single player or Multiplayer menu I get 60+ FPS.

When i connect to an online game and load in my frames drop down to a solid 10FPS and does not move, but this does not happen in single player on max settings. 

I have my setting on multiplayer on medium, I have tried lowering my setting to the lowest it can get I have updated all my drivers and my download speed is 90mbps. 

I  have attached my system information or if anyone knows any way to fix this lmk plz

Thanks for the information.

There are a couple things you can try:

1. Make sure you have the Origin In-Game Overlay turned off in Origin, and the Battlefield V game properties in Origin

2. Clean Boot: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/

3. If you are using DX12, try switching over to DX11 and see if that improves the issue

4. Check your Frame Rate Limiter settings in game, and set it to 60 or 120, based on your Setup

Try these steps, and let us know if you see any improvements.

• Do you see any improvement if you disable/enable hyperthreading?
• Is V-Sync on/off?
• Turn on/off pre-render frames under the BFV advanced menu.
• Try both settings in DX12 and DX11

I have tried it, unfortunately brings no improvement. Even disable hyperthreading does not help In multiplayer the game reacts to no change of the graphic. In my opinion, this is a network problem.

it seems you are playing on 4k resolution , try lowering it on 1440p and see if improvement is there it might be driver issue that will get fix with today's nvidia game ready drivers
