PC -Crash to Desktop No Error
Game constantly crashing to desktop with no error given. I am able to restart the game immediately and I've no issue with performance while its running (actually looks great and runs smooth) but this just started a couple of days ago. I've update my 2060 with the new Nvidia drivers but this was happening with the old drivers as well. Also, I am losing all gear that was accumulated while playing as I am not given the option to enter the last active session (hours of play time gone). Anyone else having similar problems? Still no pre-order bonus as well. At least it still isn't killing the signal to my monitor now which would require pulling the power plug to the monitor reset the video.
Please create a DxDiag in text file format and post it with your next reply.
If you use Windows 7 also go to your Reliability monitor > Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time and copy and paste or type "perfmon /rel" (without the quotes) in the new Window > hit “ENTER” and look if it has entries for the "Anthem.exe".
If yes double click at the last entry for the game executable, copy the info to the clipboard, and save it to a text file.
You can attach the DxDiag text file you created (and the “Reliability monitor” text file as well) to your post in the “Reply” window with the “Choose File” button.
No Anthem errors in the DxDiag as well. Could you look if the windows Event Viewer or in the Reliability Monitor if you can find anything there?
There are a lot of Windows update failures, please look if the failed updates got installed afterwards and if your Windows is fully updated.
Is your GPU or CPU overclocked?
i was unable to find additional information about the application ending suddenly. The large patch on Saturday seemed to fix the issue. Also, the video card was not overclocked. Thank you for looking into the issue. As for now, it seems to be working without any problems.
Glad to hear that. Have fun gaming!
