PC - Controls does not respond

I disconnected everything from the laptop and it still has the same issue.

When you've got the chance can you try something else to see if it helps? Set up a new Admin user in Windows and launch Apex Legends through that user account. For more info on how to set one up check out the Microsoft support website. 

Let me know if you're still having any trouble with your mouse and keyboard in-game when you're running it in a different Windows Admin user.
