My suggestion to anyone having an issue is to contact ea and ask for a refund, especially if you paid for ea access and cannot play the game. When it starts costing them $ maybe theyll fix it

I’ve been speaking to a member of EA Help on Twitter and I was told he has notified moderators about this topic so hopefully this gets fixed ASAP

ive been having this trouble not on PC, but on my PS4 Pro no one will sprint but I have a second account I checked on and that was absolutely fine, so no idea what’s gone on there

But yeah apparently the mods are now aware of this and we can all get this sorted

Holding RT down only allows me to sprint sometimes, then it goes into like a slow jog, for no reason at all seen other people complaining about this just wondering why nobody is trying to fix this as sprinting is a massive part of the game especially for running the ball.
