Over long wait lines in que for subscribers

Subscriber waiting over an hour in a que????  No wonder no one subscribes, if you have to wait that long, why pay?

I know the United Forces update caused queues occasionally, but generally they're far less than an hour. If it happens again or if you're still seeing a queue, can you let me know the name of the server in this thread?
