Hi guys,
I always used to play apex legends at ultra settings without any problems.
Recently my game started crashing a lot on a memory crash.
Sometimes even my discord and or firefox crashes with it.
I've added DxDiag and error message to topic.
Please someone help me out,
I might [Admin - removed] something up, but I dont know what.

Hi @NitroxPH,
Did you make any changes to your Page File settings in Windows? I've seen some cases where that has caused issues like this.

Hey mate can you please tell me how you fixed it? I've been having memory leak in apex legends since the s6 update launched since then my game keeps getting to 6gigs+ of ram and my memory usage reaches 98% and I get stutters and cannot play the game whatsoever.., I have tried these but nothing worked: Rapaired the game through Origin, Re-installed Origin, re-installed Apex Legends, Reset my pc (Re-installed windows thought kept my files so only cleaned the C: drive) updated windows to the latest version, update my gpu drivers and all my hardware drivers, I even made a task to clean my memory cache every 5mins and nothing worked whatsoever being like this since season 6 update dropped I took a brake cause I didn't find any solution back then but now I came back to finish the battle pass before it ends and I really can't play for 30mins straight please help EA support!

Hi. I am playing Apex Legends but around 15 minutes into the game, my game crashes and gives me this message. I've listed my system specs below.
---------------------------
Apex Crash - Out of Memory
---------------------------
Apex crashed because it ran out of memory.
The most common causes of this are:
• "Texture Streaming Budget" is too high in your video settings. Lowering this can help.
• All other programs plus Apex combine to use too much memory. Quitting other programs can help.
• Your Windows page file is set too small. Increasing the page file size can help. (The page file lets Windows move less important memory to disk until it's needed again.)
TECHNICAL INFORMATION:
• Apex was using 3.0 GB of physical memory.
• Apex was using 6.0 GB of virtual memory.
• Apex failed to allocate 2.0 MB of memory.
• Your PC has 16.0 GB of memory physically installed.
• Your PC has 128.0 TB of virtual memory (with the page file).
• After Apex exited, your PC memory load is about 46%.
Ctrl+C in this window will copy this message so you can paste it as text.

CPU: Ryzen 5 2600x
Mobo: Asrock x470 Master SLI/ac
RAM: 2 x 8 GB DDR4 2800 mhz
Graphics Card: MSI RTX3070
PSU: Gigabyte 750w Gold
Storage: 2TB HDD and 500GB SSD
Are there any logs I can provide to help correct my issue?
I have my game set to low, 1080p settings. Uncapped FPS with 4GB VRAM.

Hi @Glitterboye,
Were you able to try the steps that were recommended earlier in this thread? Are you still running into this same error message afterward?

To resolve this problem yourself, modify the desktop heap size. To do this, follow these steps:
1.Click Start, type regedit in the Start Search box, and then click regedit.exe in the Programs list or press Windows key + R and in Run dialog box type regedit, click OK.
2.Locate and then click the following registry subkey:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\SubSystems
3.Right-click the Windows entry, and then click Modify.
4.In the Value data section of the Edit String dialog box, locate the SharedSection entry, and then increase the second value and the third value for this entry.
