I’m on Xbox one. I had this issue when the game first came out. However it was something like 1 in 6 games or so. After the first patch it became nearly every game. I took a break for a month to wait to see if it improved. Meanwhile reached out to Apex and EA on twitter to see if they could even suggest anything. I got no replies.
Went and tried to play yesterday. About 15 minutes into game, “Out of Sync with Server”. Went and played Starcraft 2 instead. I can play just about anything on my connection but apparently not Apex Consistently. Any help from someone who knows something would be great. The silence on this is incredibly frustrating.

I had this problem on training mode. I have checked datacenter that time and I saw best ping was Frankfurt. It was Belgium all the time I select Belgium manually and it worked.
Probably Belgium and Frankfurt datacenters couldn't sync data from each other. I hope this helps. Select your server which you played all the time if you have this problem.

Before I get into it, I have tried every post/forum fix I have could find. I got a new laptop, an ASUS Strix Scar II, and it first would not run Apex Legends on the GPU. I could get into training, but it would be running at 10-15fps, way less than the RX2070 can put out. I forced it to use the GPU via the Windows 10 graphics settings. It now gets 140+fps on the Home screen where you click the "Ready to Play" button. However, now I cannot get into Training. It starts to load, and then I get the Out of Sync with Server error. I do not get this error if it runs via integrated graphics. The only other thing I can think of is that it is on a Samsung 970 EVO, which has a 3.5GB/s read speed.

Below is a list of possible ways, to fix this issue. But there are no guarantee's so here goes;
> Try change Origin Account.
> Reinstall the game.
> Clear DNS Cache via CMD Prompt (can Google <).
> Restart Computer (use this only if you just installed the game)
> Reset Router, & LAN/WAN connection.
> Reinstall easyanticheat using the "EasyAntiCheat_launcher" located in the game's directory.
> Clear Internet Browser History and try a Disk Cleanup. (<-Use CCleaner if you have it.)
> Update Graphics Drivers and Restart Computer.
> Disable "Cloud Saves" within Origin App - provided by user: tordah.
> Test disabling "Origin In-Game".Merc

Thanks for the reply back. I should have updated the post. It just started working later yesterday after 2 days of trying all of the fixes. I had rebooted both my laptop and router multiple times without effect. It just started working while I was voice chatting with a friend.

i play apex on ps4 for past 2 days im getting this error that (out of sync with the sever) and today im unable to enter the game because that is a lot of lag and disconnection is it happening to others as well?

The servers are aweful today. I’ve been booted and had others booted for “unable to sync to server”. As well it’s very slow, it looks like my legend is getting off a four day bender and tweaking out. When trying to aim and shoot it’s a solid second behind.
