Exactly the same issue for me. I can't get into anything at all. All the game options disappear and I get the error message. This is ridiculous.

How many custom lineups do you have saved? Would you be willing to delete all the custom lineups to see if that helps get around the error?

I cannot play any MUT challenges, solo battles, play a friend etc. Error: EA servers cannot process your request at this time. Enailed EA 3 days ago with zero response.

Did you all recently unlink a Gamertag or PSN ID from your EA account?
