Origin won’t launch with my Windows 10!

   I downloaded Origin and went to load my Sims game for the first time, and nothing happened. I’ve been trying for at least 2 hours and nothing is working. I’ve done everything that everyone else said worked. My Origin won’t load. I have an account, and it’s downloaded. I went to press Launch With Origin on Sims 4. Then it asked me if I wanted to switch apps to Origin. I said yes, then my cursor spun and nothing happened. I done everything. Please help!!!!
