Origin not working, gforce experience is??

Hello all fellow gamers, 

So I have been having a problem where my game crashes/freezes/won't in the black loading screen with red logo after pressing "continue". Now I contacted support 5-6 times. And tried alooooot of things. Nothing helped.. pretty much made it worse. Now I was wondering, and tried just for fun to open it with GeForce experience, now it works ? Anyone got idea how to fix or what is causing this problem. 

Hope someone got the answer.
