I got an Asus computer for Christmas in 2016 and have since been playing on Origin. Everything played and worked smoothly. However when I tried to sign in on November 17th Origin kept saying that I had no internet connection when I clearly did. I tried restarting my computer but the problem still didn't resolve. I tired everything for about a week then decide to uninstall and try to redownload.Ever since I have been unable to reinstall Origin. I have ran the OriginThinSetup.exe as an administrator, done a clean reboot, and have attempted to download in Safe mode all to no avail. I don't know if it has to do with Windows 10 or if its something wrong with the client itself. Is there anything else I can do?

First, temporarily disable your antivirus software.
I think you should manually uninstall Origin using the specific steps here: https://help.ea.com/en/help/origin/origin/manually-uninstalling-origin/
Reboot and then download the most recent installer from here: https://www.origin.com/irl/en-us/store/download
Run the Origin installer and then retest again. Do let us know how you get on, thanks.
