Origin hacked and now banned in APEX

Dear EA,

It seems someone had gained access to my origin account and had used it to cheat in Apex Legends. When I opened my origin, they will say "this account is using somewhere else, you will go offline mode".

I did not have access to my PC for a while and last Thursday I found out that my account is banned for cheating. Could you please have a look ?

Is there a way to get unbanned this? Can you trace different location of login of my origin? And also I have lost my 2k of Apex Coins inside because the hacker use it to buy in-app purchase cosmetics.

happened to me also, support will take 2 months to reply and then tell you there's nothing they can do
