Origin & PSN apex accounts not synced

I'm sure this is already somewhere but when I login to my origin account with the same email ID I use on my PS4 my origin APEX account shows that I have no unlocks or anything my same email ID has on the PS4.

My account details does say it's connected as well. Can someone please help me?

I am also having the same issue. When I log into EA and click on my account under "connected accounts" it says my PSN account, however when I get on apex on my PS4 it just shows a Level 1 account with no credits or anything, while my pc account (which is linked) has level 100+ a bunch of credits, battle pass, skins, etc. It seems like it is not syncing data with my orgin/ea account and my PSN account for some reason.

@TrueDestroyer82 @Lurxxo We currently don't have cross progression between platforms. So that means What you do PC wont be shared over to console.

@TJ-The_man Yeah nothing new currently on cross progression.

Friends cross platform make sure that all accounts are not teen or underage.
