EA Support is worst that ive ever seen, first support gave me just policies of * EA, the other supporter didnt even reply , i waited like 5 minutes but even not reply.

They said if i dont have access to my gmail then they cant change my password.

Like what the? i can provide them with proof of transictions of Origin access, pictures and receipt but they * want gmail, worst support, wouldnt recommend.

We do have policies in place about when we can help you out with account related issues. If the Advisor went over our policies with you then there currently isn't more that I can add.
