igo64.dll seems to be part of Origin. This has only started occurring since the recent upgrade to Origin.
One item to point out is that with the previous version, I had set Origin to close when leaving a game and I see that option is removed. When I get back into Star Wars, I always get prompted as to which saved game I should use, local or cloud. I am not sure these two items are related, but they could be.
I am not sure why I am being asked about saved games unless it is crashing before syncing the local save to the cloud.

The igo64.dll is probably corrupted.
De-install the client from the windows control panel > restart > make sure the Origin program folder is gone. (by default "C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin") >
Install the client. (You can use the new beta from here or the normal download.)
if that don't works, repair the game ((in Origin > my games > right click SWB > Repair Game)

I tried but still got the issue:
I am able to get around the error by simply disabling "Origin In-Game".
I am still getting asked after each time I start SWBF about the same game conflict whether to use local or cloud.

Do you need Origin in game? Do you have other overlay software like FRAPS, Geforce experience or RivaTuner (comes with MSI Afterburner) installed?
A workaround for the other error would be to disable the cloud save funktion inside Origin (In Origin menu top left corner > Application settings > installs and saves > Cloud storage > off.
If you do that I would suggest a backup of your important save games.
