All troubleshooting options that have NOT worked:

  • Repair Apex Legends
  • Uninstalling and reinstalling Apex
  • No new Windows 10 updates fix the problem
  • No new patches had fixed it
  • TdrDelay value
  • DDU uninstall and clean reinstall of NVIDIA display drivers
  • Rolling back or updating display drivers
  • Downloading new Microsoft Visual C++ packages (2015, 2017 and 2019)
  • Running both Apex and Origin as administrator
  • Running debug mode under help in NVIDIA control panel
  • NVIDIA control panel/ Manage 3D settings/ Program settings/ r5apex.exe Power Management Mode: Prefer Maximum Performance
  • Steam Apex doesn't work either
  • Not even a system reset (Keep personal files) had fixed the problem

EDIT:

Besides Apex, many other games started to experience graphics card-related issues, I got this checked out, and turned out it was a hardware issue. This problem has been solved by getting a new replacement PC under my 1-year warranty.

Hey @Soljikice  thanks for details!

Can you add a Dxdiag so we can see what hardware and drivers you have?
