Origin Access Premier Edition - No Rewards.

Hi,

Either I can't find the rewards that were supposed to come with this edition, or the rewards aren't available for some reason.

Can someone help me out with this? I'm a total noob with Madden (OK, I did play it on the SEGA Megadrive back in the early nineties) and I can't seem to find all the MUT bonus items after I've done the introduction tutorial.  No Gold packs or 50000 MUT Points etc...
