Order Status "OPEN" Since Friday for 60 Days Subscriber

Hello. In friday (16.03) i bought 60 days subscriber via the PaySafeCard payment method. After the purchase summary i got Purchase Error: " An Error has occurred while trying to process your request. Please, try again later. ". So I did, or at least tried, because there is no more money on my PaySafeCard code. After all it seems that my order got somehow accepted and it has OPEN status since friday. Should i wait longer or call the support?

Normally CS need the status to change from open to either fail or closed before able to action further.

If it is easy to call them cant hurt to confirm.

I'd say definitely contact PaySafe first to confirm the status of the transaction. If they say it was successfuly, call in and we'll take a look.
