Downloaded Apex legends on my PS4 with no issues. Installed on 2nd ps4 and game loads until ready screen. Continuing to get same error

"Oops! Something went wrong,please try again later (104)"

Solution was easy! The account for my son was set up for "under 18 years old" I made new account with different DOB and works just fine. Thanks EA they were very helpful

I didnt get an answer to why this isnt working. Not sure why it says accepted as solution. The answer was in no way a help to my issue. Why am I getting this error continuously

I can play but my son cannot. Do you guys have child accounts?

My kids can't play either .They both have Xbox child accounts. I can play no problem.

Hey @gmanmully , are the both of the PS4 on the same network, do they have the same IP by any chance?
