Only a single player in mixed player pack [ Edited ]

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Complete the marquee matchups sbcs on the web app and iphone companion app, proceed to store to open packs on PS4 console. Opened a bronze pack that was in the store already (this opened fine), then opened the mixed players pack. Confirmed as an issue. Ref: 50708068
What happens when the bug occurs? The mixed player pack only contained a single card. A silver player.
What should be happening instead? The entire contents of the mixed player pack should be available in my club.
