Online is unplayable after February patch

I just ran a combined arms with no issue whatsoever on max fidelity. Online I can't even play on Min. Latency.

Sound and video stutter red FPS warnings and red latency variation warnings.

Before the patch I was having a blast with no issues.

Please fix this before I stop playing all together......

Literally NO settings changes help whatsoever.

On which platform are you playing and what troubleshooting have you attempted so far? I'm on PC and it plays fine so ruling out hardware, OS issues, or PSN\XBL issues would be helpful.
