Omega Point Pathfinder Gone...

So I took a break from Apex in 2020. When I logged back in my Twitch Skin Omega Point Pathfinder disappeared. I've tried contacting both Origin support and twitch support, but no one can solve this issue. Is my skin just lost for good?

I am missing this skin as well.

Prime gaming support (twitch) pointed me to Ea and EA pointed me to the forums, not sure how you guys are going to help me but I think there isn’t much of a chance of getting this back.
