Old email for account keeps popping up

When I start nhl20 my ea account login pops up with my old email address that I no longer use. I’ve updated my pan id and my ea account with my current email but the old one still pops up every time I turn the game on. Can’t play on line without logging in 😡

I tried this a couple of days ago and just got frustrated with it. You need info that I can’t provide about an account created so long ago. I only play nhl and haven’t been able to access on line content. Total waste of money. It’s a stupid email address, why do you need so much bs to update an account? Probably easier just to switch to 2K instead of dealing with this *.

Did you get a response to the account recovery request? If you filled out the form with accurate information, they should be able to recover it for you.

I wasn’t able to provide enough info. I can’t recall when I created me ea account it’s been so long.
