Odd 2 second client freezes. Specs inside.

CPU Specs -
i7-7700k 4.2ghz
16gb Ram
W10 64-bit
SSD
Radeon 380x

Only game i've had issues with. Getting what feels like 2 second complete client freezes. Everyone just stops in place, game freezes and then returns to normal. Sometimes it happens a lot, sometimes only a couple times. Very confused, all drivers up-to date as well.
