I recently bought the deluxe edition of Star Wars Jedi Survivor today, but once the game was fully installed I did not receive my deluxe content. I have tried restarting the game, aswell as my console to try and fix the problem. I have done this multiple times with no change. Is there any way of fixing this? I play on Xbox series X by the way

This just happened to me like 20 minutes ago I got on and the pre order content that i payed for by the way just said locked and I can't equip any of it, I've tried restarting the game multiple times and even tried restarting my xbox multiple times but I still can't use any of it and I'm furious I didn't pay $80 just to look at a locked cosmetic this is total bs and it better get fixed ASAP

I don’t understand… I was playing just fine, I went to a workbench before a certain plot point and everything was there. I went to another after the plot point and all my bonuses were gone. The Xbox marketplace says I own the standard edition and wants me to pay $25. Eff that. I kinda want a refund on the whole game.

Having this issue for the Xbox series X aswell, lost all of the deluxe and pre order bonuses, completely missing from the list of gear even the hermet jacket I have on isn't even listed.

EVERYONE WITH THIS PROBLEM ON XBOX, THERE IS A FIX.
Now that I have your attention, it's actually quite simple and I feel real dumb for not trying it earlier when I tried restarting my console, sign out of your xbox account on your console, then sign back in, the DLC entitlements should reappear for you after that.

GUYS, try signing out of your xbox on your console, then signing back in, it re-added the DLC for me and fixed the problem!
