Now two of my apex legends accounts have been banned yet I have never hacked

My first account was played on for a while then I took a break and came back to see it had been banned. I opened a support ticket but never got a response. The original account that was banned was under the id kawaiipeen. Now my second main account (kylind99) has been banned and I sincerely do not know why. I've opened two support tickets for the latest issue and have gotten zero response from any human and can't seem to find any way to get in touch with you all. Sucks when you grind out multiple accounts just to be shut down for no reason.
