Not receiving the weapons and skins

Since around the last update whenever I complete an assignment that rewards a weapon upgrade, I get the notification etc but in the armoury it says I have no new stuff available.  I get the upgrades when I complete a level of the chapter - eg the character skins -  go into customise and I can select and use them.  On my main screen where it gives a dot next to newly received stuff, it indicates I do have new kit available but when I go into the armoury it just says I don't have any?

Please could you fix this asap.
