Not receiving gems for the end of the season reward in pvz heroes

So this is either the 2nd or 3rd time that at the end of the season I receive my card packs but not my 200 gems(I always rank gold) is this happening to anyone else or just me?

Sorry to hear about that, would you be able to share your Player ID with us so we can look into this out on the back-end? 

• Tap the Settings cog icon.

Look for your Player ID at the bottom left of your screen.

i've already been in contact with ea and both times they awarded me my gems so i got my gems but i've never gotten them with the card packs i've always had to message ea. player id is:1002407656621

So as you know the season just ended and what a surprise. I got my card packs and....not my gems

You are not supposed to get eny gems when season ends. You will get your gems, when you achieve next league

I did not get my gems this reset I finally made past gold league but I only got the packs. My I'd is 1003907246049. Thank you for your time

In the end of the season you will get only packs, no gems. You get gems, when moving up to next league.
