Not receiving distinguished intelligence service medal

Hi, I collected all the letters in Under No Flag, Nordlys, Tirailleur, as well as The Last Tiger and I haven't unlocked the medal.

I have all 40 of the required letters (and 6 more from The Last Tiger) so why haven't i unlocked it?

Is this a known problem/bug?
