Not receiving Guild rewards in SWGOH

Hello,

I recently moved Guilds and now it seems that I am not receiving Guild Rewards for Guild Events on Hoth and in the Raids.

Considering how long I have been addicted to this game it is frustrating to not receive the coveted Han Solo Shards and Hermit Yoda shards.....

Anyone have any information on how to get this issue resolved?

You have to be in the guild when the raid/event starts to participate and receive rewards
