Summarize your bug At the end of the map, the next round fails to load. If I click main menu, the menu will not come up, only option is alt-ctrl-delete to end task. This started happening to me at the end of august after an update. May change constancy depending on map type rotation or game type (not sure). Most of the time on operation the score will just stay on the screen indefinitely, other times I will get a black screen with loading icon on top right.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure what caused it. I've deleted and reinstalled and tried to repair obviously. I haven't tried deleting my profile yet.
What happens when the bug occurs? map fails to load, and hangs indefinitely

In what game mode did the bug occur? Operations
AMD or Nvidia Model Number Windows 10 enterprise 64 bit GeForce GTX 1080
Enter RAM memory size in GB 32GB system memory 8192mb dedicated video memory
There really isn't anything to see except the score at the end of the map. I can keep clicking on various names and tabs, but others in team speak have already loaded the next map.

Yes, I am experiencing this with Battle field 1. Yes, I have gone through these canned step over 30 times now since LAST YEAR. And I have been on the phone with some of your co-workers, getting conflicting information, useless information, and sometimes useful information. After a year of ongoing problems, I would have thought that a reputable company like yours would have remedied these problems by now. Instead of constantly blaming players and their ISP provider, as a convenient excuse!!!

Yes I've done this. I've done all this and more. It is 2 years beyond "DID YOU TRY UNPLUGGING IT, AND PLUGGING IT BACK IN" routine.
