Not getting rivals points/coins

Which part of the mode? FUT Division Rivals
Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug? 02/02/2020
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 17.00
What is your time zone? GMT (UTC)
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Everytime I finish a game of rivals, I go back to the main rivals tab. I don't receive any rewards or coins at all and this has been to case now for about 20 games or so.
What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing
What should be happening instead? I should be getting points and coins

Can anyone help with this.

I've played over 20 games of rivals without receiving any coins/rivals points/ fut champs points.

Carried on playing thinking it might sort itself out but it hasn't

Hello, @CuteBez.

This happens when you have played or skipped through your first 40 opponents. Once that happens, no points will be gained from Squad Battles matches. You can find more on this here:

I am able to reproduce this problem in my account. It is with Division Rivals, not Squad Battles

There's no limit on Rivals matches so you should be getting rewards. I took a look at your account. I can see you're getting the coins. You also have 2000 FUT Champions points. That's the max. You can't gain any more until you spend those points on Weekend League access.

If you have 2000 points, you'll need to spend them before accumulating more.

I’m not getting my coins or my rivals skill points to get to a higher division. My wins dont add up to my record but my losses do its gettin really frustrating. Please help me out i’ve put to much time into this game so i cant just stop playing it because of some stupid bug please help me out i’m desperate
