What happens when the bug occurs? I dont get rep or credit even I win the race, I reinstalled and restarted the game multiple times
What do you expect to see? getting rep or credit

If you swap to another car are you able to make progress again? Does the game tell you that you're getting rewards?

I dont have any credit it is 0,so I cant have another car

Are you far into the game? 

If you're still early you can try wiping your local save file (which may result in a restart, or may work fine) and grab the cloud save when prompted, on start of the game. 

The save will be at This pc > Documents > Need For Speed Heat > SaveGame > savegame
