Not able to see friends parties and they can’t see mine. Please help!!

I added a few friends on my Sims Mobile game from a private Facebook group. I have invited them to a party I had planned but they were not able to see my party. And I have never been able to see theirs. Can someone explain why this is? Is it because we are on different servers? Am I on a ghost server? And if that’s the case how can I see which server I am on so I can add others who are on the same server?? I just think it makes no sense that I’m able to be friends with them in the game but not be able to go to their parties or they aren’t able to go to mine. Please help me!!

@superbunny012 It could be a bug, or it could have something to do with the use of Altered TSM Games .

I have been having this issue since the last update. It is so isolating to not be able to interact with my friends in the game! I am not playing an altered game. I downloaded my game from the App Store.
