Not able to join Grand Arena

Grand arena is not active, it's been weeks since I was able to join. It has said no event available every day for at least 3  weeks, i have signed out,  uninstalled the game and reinstalled it. Nothing I've tried has made a difference. I've played everyday since launch, so I know what im doing, I haven't just missed it, I check everyday.
