Not a single ad all season

I have not been able to see any ads so far this whole season. It has always said "Ads Not Available" in the store for any items that have ads, and I have never had any ads at all to use for stamina refill, or for any other use (if there is any. I wouldn't know! Haven't had any to see what else they can be used for!) I have tried several things: uninstall/reinstall; changing my Ad ID in my Google settings; every combination of privacy setting where you can switch on/off for targeted ads; and changing the language (this was something that worked in previous seasons for ad trouble). I really need the ads for stamina to grind. Any ideas?

Can you let me know if this works?

For iOS:

1. Close your game

2. Go to your device settings

3. Go to Privacy

4. Scroll down to Advertising

5. Reset Advertising Identifier

6. Restart your device

7. Launch the game again

For Android:

1. Close your game

2. Go to settings

3. Go to Google: Services & preferences

4. Go to Ads

5. Click on "Reset advertising ID"

6. Click OK

7. Restart your device

8. Launch the game again

@EA_Blueberry it doesn't work but I tried deleting the data and then I login and I get a option "do i want ads"I say yes but I get a black screen I close the game and open it again and I have no ads .
