ONE TIME EMAIL NEVER ARRIVES

I cannot login to the website
I am paying money to play this, how do I get a refund of the time money wasted waiting for one-time emails that never turn up
How do I cancel my subscription.
I am very angry that EA just does nothing.
Seriously Now you've sent me four emails telling me I've earned a new badge. What is wrong with you people? Stop adding rubbish like badges to your website and fix all the broken stuff. This is the sort of thing that angers people.
Swtor is a Bioware game and as such you need to contact bioware support not EA support, they are actually different , the phone numbers for bioware support are found at this link
Any account issue involving money will need to be discussed over the phone, and they will be able to assist you over the phone with any refund or compensation in relation to your account and they can also assist you getting back into your account.
I would recommend they assist you in setting up a security key when you phone them so you do not need to wait for an email again.

You can set up a security key. Then there are no one-time passwords anymore.
Unfortunately, there is not another possibility as far as I know.
The only way I know to get back into your account is to call support. Here are the numbers:
USA: 1-(855)-345-2186 (Phone support available from 9.00 CT - 21.00 CT)

You can also try to write an email to support @ swtor.com. Maybe they can help you too.

Ich bin AHQ Champion und arbeite nicht bei EA / BW.
I'm AHQ Champion and I do not work for EA / BW.
Mines not working as well. I've been trying for two days to get into my account on the website, nothing. The emails arrive hours, days late or not at all. I can't deal with my sub because I can't bloody log in and I cant get a god damn key either.
This is UNGODLY frustrating.
I went to the SWTOR website and it says (direct quote) "All Star Wars™: The Old Republic™ support is now located at EA Help. Please visit help.ea.com for assistance."
This is the sort of run around that I expected, this is just not good enough, what happened to customer service.
Got the same problem since yesterday, managed to log in for a shortwhile and then today the password isn't arriving at all and I can't afford a call.
