Do you have any kind of problem with Russian emails, specifically mail.ru? Because I am using it and it has been an hour since I logged into launcher, was asked for a password and I received absolutely nothing in my mail. Even after multiple attempts to log via both launcher and the official site, nothing. It worked absolutely fine yesterday, and today I had to miss a guild raid because the game wouldn't let me in.

P.S. I don't want to phone your customer service, because you dont have any in Russia and I don't know how to call to another country, and it would be uncomfortable for me anyway.
