I am waiting for one time password for more than an hour. I received one but launcher said it was incorrect. I tried to log in several times but no new one time password .................................

If the guide from the top does not help you, you probably need to call support.

We're currently investigating the One Time Password issues. It seems to be affecting all email providers, or at least there doesn't seem to be any trends so far.
