North Pole Campaign Glitch?

I've trained my lineup to 72OVR. The 10 players that are given in the second phase of this campaign (65ovr and 70ovr) have been trained to the max. How can I increase my team OVR to 76OVR so that I can advance in the challenge? My players are fully trained but I'm short of the necessary OVR to advance. Is there another way to get players to train?
