Norman Kingsley- Special Assignement reward missing

I completed the NORMAN KINGSLEY special assignment for the British naval dagger reward and after completing it, the assignment disappeared and I’ve not been given the dagger (reward) it says it’s locked, I checked to see if I had to do the assignment again but it’s saying it’s not there to make active so the game knows I’ve done it or it would be in my special assignments waiting to be put active but it isn’t, any help will be great as the support team don’t know what to do thanks, Longlxy.
