Noone can hear me on Mic

When I use this headset for anything else on pc it works just fine, and even on the origin app I use the microphone test and it picks it up just fine. Yet nobody can hear me speak in game. I tried all sorts of different settings. I even got a new headset and same problem.

It seems fixed now, I followed the steps and for the first few games I got no results. Then all of a sudden it worked in game.
