No unlocks working

I have just bought the game finish the updates hoped into my first few matches with a friend and every single unlock i earn is unavailable I'm a level 4 medic with no unlocks and he's now telling me there's issues with other people having the same bug. Its unacceptable to start playing a new game and not being able to try any of the varied content months after release.

Same exact thing is happening to me, don't know why, have tried everything. This update broke a key part of the game and it's still not fixed.
