No servers on server list

I tried installing SWTOR again after a few month break, and after installing my server list is empty.

Ensure launcher.exe and swtor.exe are in the antivirus and firewall exception lists first up

Another cause of no server list was if there was a different compatibility mode applied to launcher.exe and swtor.exe , not that compatibility mode should even be needed
