No rewards earned from assignments

Hey guys:

I have a question:

I am playing Battlefield V for 4 months and I finished all assignments for my THOMPSON M1928A1 but when i go to ARMORY and try to customize my weapon it shows that I did not finished the designated ASSIGNMENT to get that customization as REWARD.

What can i do?

Hey mate 

thanks for the quick answer 

actually I realized now what was the error, I was not collecting the rewards on the armory place so then I could customize my weapon ! 

All solved !

Hey @Goncalo88

Instead of going to the Armory, you're going to "Your Company" and trying to Customize your weapon that way correct?

If you've finished these Assignments, and you have not gotten the Rewards, I would recommend contacting Support to see if they can assist you with this.
