Unplug the console from power and Tv up to 1-2mins. NowPlug it back and startup console, this should work 4 you once you connect online now you can find opponents fast. Works for me all the time.

how did you change it to IPV4

you cant if your isp has you on ipv6.

you have to speak to them.
check first what your on though as you dont want to look silly lol.

go in the router page and have a look around.

This is beyond frustrating. I spent $80 on FIFA 18 for my switch and have been able to connect for an online game just once. I’ve tried everything. Changing my internet settings, my matchmaking settings, resetting my profile, deleting and downloading the game again. Nothing works. Every time it’s, NO OPPONENT FOUND. I want a refund.

Thanks to your feed back I was able to configure my setting to IPV4 ONLY and never had any problems find players on line. Before my router settings was IPV4 and IPV6 and I could never find players on line, even though my console NAT was showing open. Thanks again!
